FlightClaim

Our FlightClaim service offers full claims handling for air passengers affected by delayed flights, cancellations and denied boarding. If necessary, we will go to court for any passenger with a valid flight compensation claim and we don’t charge for our service until we have won the case.

BaggageClaim

Our BaggageClaim service will help you secure your compensation and reimbursement (for replacement items) for delayed, lost or damaged baggage by formulating the right legal arguments that are proven to succeed and if neccessary, by having the discussion all over again on a legal level.

TaxClaim

Our TaxClaim service will recover all pre-paid taxes included in the price of your booking if you did not take the flight you booked – even, if you purchased a “non-refundable”  ticket.  You are eligible for a refund in such a case, irrespective of your reasons for not taking the flight.
